Evinrude trailer roller sources??

Evinrude trailer roller sources??

Postby Ironbeard » Wed Oct 04, 2017 6:43 pm

I have an original Evinrude tilt trailer for my 1970 Sportsman 155 and I need to replace all the worn out rollers and they seem to be some odd sized rollers. Who carries larger diameter 3 3/8 inch X 7 7/8 inch?

The sizes of the rollers on the trailer now starting at the stern is:

1 x 14 3/4" long x 2 1/2" dia keel roller
2 x 2 3/8" long x 2 1/2" dia end roller

2 x 2 3/8" long x 2 1/2" dia end roller
2 x 7 7/8" long x 3 3/8" dia roller

1 x 12 1/2" long x 2 1/2" dia keel roller

1 x 8 1/4" long x 4" dia keel roller
2 x 2 3/8" long x 2 1/2" dia end roller
2 x 4 1/4" long x 3 3/8" dia roller

1 x 3 1/8" long x 3" dia bow roller

These are the measurements I took on the old well worn rollers.

Tileman....sorry but didn't receive your PM. Not sure why?? Please try again.

Still haven't located a source for these and my only other option would be to cut off the original brackets and weld on new ones that fit the "one size fits all" standard rollers that are available today.....grrrrrrrr.

I had to totally ditch the rollers in my trailer. Took a torch and cut all the brackets off and replaced with a good set of bunk boards. If never regretted doing it.
